  公司成立于2010年,是一個集前期策劃、規劃、城市設計、建筑與景觀等設計專業于一體、覆蓋全設計產業鏈的綜合性國際設計事務所。整合中美兩國優勢資源,擁有美國賓夕法尼亞大學和蘇州科技大學兩個學術研究團隊作為研發機構、并聯合蘇州大學、西交利物浦大學等知名學府研討學術,把握最新設計潮流與趨勢。

  公司擁有多位國內外規劃大師及設計專家

  公司聯合創始人及總顧問:是中國勘察設計大師,蘇州科技大學教授和空間設計研究所所長,曾任九屆、十屆全國人大代表。他從事建筑和城市規劃工作40余年,完成了300多個項目。自1994年到2007年任中國-新加坡蘇州工業園區的總規劃師,主持園區規劃和建設管理達13年之久,親自把控園區從規劃到開發建設、景觀打造的全過程,為蘇州工業園區所取得的建設成就做出了重要貢獻。

  公司聯合創始人及設計總監:是美國賓夕法尼亞大學城市設計學院終身副教授,博士導師,城市設計學科負責人,歷任北卡羅萊納大學教授和城市設計專業主任,華盛頓威爾遜國際研究中心特聘專家、基辛格美中研究所、美國社會科學研究會和日本國立基金會等機構特聘研究員。同濟大學建筑學學士與碩士、賓夕法尼亞大學博士,專著包括《丹下健三和新陳代謝運動:日本現代城市烏托邦》(Routledge出版社出版)、《全球化時代的城市設計》和《新城規劃與實踐》(中國建工出版社)等。

  公司聯合創始人及設計總監:在美國賓夕法尼亞大學以最優異成績獲得景觀建筑碩士學位,是當代景觀建筑設計大師詹姆斯康納和勞瑞歐林的得意門生。美國注冊景觀建筑師,美國景觀建筑師協會會員和LEED認證的生態設計師。多次贏得國際性設計大獎,包括美國景觀建筑協會最高榮譽畢業生獎,喬治博頓獎,歐林獎,歐洲景觀學生設計大獎,美國景觀建筑師協會學生設計比賽優秀獎。曾任美國歐林設計事務所(2003-2006)的資深景觀建筑師和美國蘭德公司(2006-2010年)的設計主管和項目經理。致力于研究和解決生態與城市發展的矛盾處理,“生態基礎、動態發展”為其基本創作思想,倡導生態集約式開發、彈性景觀規劃理念。

  公司同時還擁有一批各行業領域專家:高鐵專家、海綿城市水處理專家、世界銀行高級經濟顧問、資深管理團隊等。

  未來都市核心業務板塊是產業新城規劃和設計,公司提供項目由頂層設計到開發建設一站式的整體服務,設計過程中深入分析當地產業發展契機和動力源,針對每個項目的不同特點,以產城融合發展為目標,精準定位產業區發展方向,研究切實可行的設計方案,并在規劃中提倡一體化設計,各專家全程指導并跟蹤,以深厚的專業知識和經驗為每個項目把控質量,保證項目定位與理念的順利貫徹落地。在蘇州工業園區規劃建設成功經驗基礎上,未來都市受邀開展了近200多個國家、省級重點開發區和產業新城的規劃設計工作,包含中國- 新加坡蘇州工業園區、中國- 馬來西亞欽州產業園區、中國醫藥城泰州新區、昆明新城高新技術產業基地、中國- 瑞士鎮江生態產業園等等。我們始終保有創新至上的理念,緊扣國際和中國產業發展動態。

  未來都市核心產業新城規劃設計項目足跡不僅遍布全國,還著眼于全球,輸出到境外各地,成為中國首個對外軟件經驗輸出的設計團隊。

  埃塞俄比亞特殊經濟區是受埃塞俄比亞聯邦政府委托、在中國國家發改委、商務部、外交部、中央外聯辦的指導下,以協助推動埃賽俄比亞的國家經濟增長與結構轉型進程,從頂層設計入手,為特區編制產業規劃、空間規劃、相關法規、招商等一整套規劃和政策,是未來都市響應國家一帶一路發展號召、順應國家“中非新型戰略伙伴關系”發展戰略,為我國規劃咨詢“軟實力”輸出項目首例,受到中國商務部、埃塞聯邦政府、世界銀行的高度贊揚,并以本項目成果為后續頂層設計和規劃項目的樣板。此外未來都市還主導了剛果(布)黑角經濟特區概念性空間規劃、牙買加出口加工商貿園、贊比亞中國經濟貿易合作區等境外產業園區。

  同時,未來都市有國內最早熟悉、研究并開展城市設計的團隊,由于規劃、建筑、景觀三專業都有很強的實力,所以城市設計方面的優勢十分顯著。近年來,未來都市陸續完成了中國-馬來西亞城東盟商谷片區城市設計、昆明主城中央公園及CBD核心區城市設計、泰州醫藥高新區東部核心區城市設計、南京市民中心、揚州新城城市設計、蘇州工業園區高鐵新城策劃及城市設計、安徽滁州高鐵站原創城城市設計、廣西北海城市設計、武當山劍河城市設計等。在城市設計方面公司還有很多專著、論文發表,在國內外學術會議上有很多城市設計的報告。

  打造有創意的作品是未來都市的核心價值,代表項目有建筑與環境協調統一的揚州體育公園。它是由體育場、體育館、游泳館、體校和市民公園組成,設計結合原有起伏的地形,把所有場館建筑融入原生自然景觀,從而達到了既是一組大型公建,更是一個景觀的特效,獲得多項設計大獎。

  景觀方面,未來都市的生態規劃和生態景觀在國內獨領風騷,重點設計項目美國杜克大學中國校區,獲得美國綠色建筑委員會(USGBC)的綠色建筑認證,成為全國首個通過美國綠色能源與環境設計先鋒獎LEED)整體園區項目認證的大學校園。未來都市在該項目景觀設計方案上以獨特的水與生態為設計理念,以水作為校園景觀的核心元素,并通過生態水景系統實現雨水的自然存積、自然滲透、自然凈化以及再利用,未來都市設計讓這些原本只存在于人們憧憬中的“未來技術”成為了現實。在這同時未來都市還參與了世界自然保護聯盟(IUCN)組織的許多生態規劃項目,在中國新時代發展方向上有著領頭羊的作用。

  昆山杜克花園景觀設計項目獲得可持續性設計行動計劃(生態SITES體系)鉑金級預認證,為全球首個獲得SITES體系鉑金級認證的項目。
